What I Offer
To keep things simple, I offer three packages that can be tailored to suit individual requirements depending on the level of event coordination your need.

Do you have a great idea for an event or perhaps recently engaged and don’t know
where to start, I can help you. We can sit down go through your ideas and design a
plan to help ease your ideas into your event. I have designed an extensive checklist to
plan out what you need to organise and what you want me to plan for you.
Be sure to have your notebook handy for this one. If required I can source quotes
from venues, hire companies, caterers, entertainers, you name it. As every client has different requirements our packages are tailored to suit the individual, pricing will be
quoted upon consultation.

Do you want to attend your event and not worry about the stress of planning it?
I can plan, organise and execute the event for you.

I can be the point of contact to make phone calls, conduct site visits, collect quotes,
make bookings all while you sit back and simply look forward to your event. Included
in this package can be a guide to tick off everything you need, develop a run sheet to
be distributed to all vendors and assist with time frames and arrangements.

Quotes will be discussed upon consultation after discussing the full extent of your
plan and event management needs.
